Our boneless ham is an excellent choice for easy carving and small gatherings.

We start with slowly grown, heritage breed, certified organic pigs, renowned for their flavour and tenderness.  We source our pork from White Clover Farm, a family run certified organic farm near Bendigo.  

Our ham is produced without chemicals or nitrates, using our unique nitrite free brine.   

These pigs are free to eat as they please, resulting in varying fat quantities in our hams given our pig's natural diet.  (This is a contrast to factory farmed pork which are fed a daily ration of food to minimise fat content).

Size
Choose between 3.5kgs and 4kgs.
While every endeavour will be made to allocate your preferred weight range, we cannot guarantee the size of these natural products however will do our very best and contact you to arrange an alternative should we not be able to meet your requirements.

Ingredients
Pork from certified organic pigs, sea salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, honey, tapioca, carrot, celery, and real Australian hardwood smoke.

Price
The price of your ham is based on a price of $71.76 per kg.  If your ham weighs less than the weight you have selected your credit card will be refunded the difference when your ham is allocated to you.  If your ham weighs more - that's our Christmas present to you!
