Will this fit without drilling or cutting into my frame?

This cover uses factory mounting points — no drilling required. Bolt directly to existing attachment locations on your Super Duty frame.

Do I need to remove the old bumper to install this?

Yes. You'll need to unbolt the factory rear bumper completely before mounting this cover. It's a straight swap once the old unit is off.

Can I paint this before or after installation?

Either works. Paint before install if you want a clean, controlled finish in your shop. Paint after if you prefer to test-fit first. Just mask off mounting points before any coating application.
